Frequently asked questions
Can I use iAgents Hub without paying?
Yes, in two ways: the Free plan on our cloud, or by deploying the open source version on your own server. Self-hosted has no platform cost and no feature restrictions, and the AGPL-3.0 licence guarantees that in writing.
What do I get in paid plans that I don't have in self-hosted?
Managed service: we handle infrastructure, backups, updates and availability. And support: direct access with guaranteed response times and, in Enterprise, a contract with SLA.
How does the Business pricing scale work?
The per-seat price decreases automatically as you add more users. On monthly billing the adjustment is immediate. On annual billing you lock in the price for your contracted volume for 12 months and can buy additional packs of 5 or 10 seats at the same unit price, prorated.
Can I share a Soldier plan seat with someone else?
No. Each managed-service seat belongs to one account and cannot be shared by several people. This limitation applies to access to our cloud, not to the software rights granted by the AGPL-3.0 licence.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get access for 12 — equivalent to a 17% discount. The invoice is issued once a year for the full amount. The per-seat price is locked for the entire duration of the contract.
