Terms of service
Last updated: [PUBLICATION DATE]
Draft pending legal review. The bracketed values must be filled in before publishing.
These terms govern access to and use of iAgents Hub. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Provider details
In compliance with information society services regulations, the provider's details are:
- Owner: [LEGAL NAME]
- Tax ID: [TAX ID]
- Address: [FULL ADDRESS]
- Contact email: [CONTACT EMAIL]
- Registry details: [COMPANY REGISTRY DETAILS OR "not applicable"]
2. Purpose and acceptance
iAgents Hub is a platform for building, organising and running artificial intelligence agents connected to the model providers the user configures. These terms, together with the privacy policy, form the contract between you and the provider. Registering an account constitutes full acceptance of them.
3. Service models
iAgents Hub is distributed in two models and these terms apply differently to each:
- Self-hosted: you download and install the software on your own infrastructure. You operate it and you are accountable for the data it processes. We provide no warranty or support for that installation unless you subscribe to a plan that includes it.
- Managed: you access the service hosted by us through a subscription plan. These terms govern that relationship in full.
4. User account
To use the service you must create an account with accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
- You must be over [MINIMUM AGE] to register.
- You may not transfer, sell or share your account with third parties.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We may refuse a registration or close an account that breaches these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Carry out unlawful activities or infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Generate or distribute content that incites hatred, harasses individuals, or constitutes child sexual abuse material.
- Attempt to access other people's accounts, circumvent usage limits or interfere with the operation of the service.
- Extract data automatically beyond what the application programming interface allows.
- Resell the service or present it to third parties as your own, except under express written agreement.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the agents, prompts, documents and conversations you create. You grant us only the technical licence strictly required to host, process and display that content while we provide the service, and to transmit it to the AI providers you configure.
You are responsible for holding the rights to the content you upload and for ensuring that processing it through the service does not infringe third-party rights.
7. AI-generated content
Agent responses are produced by third-party language models and may be inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your particular case. We do not warrant their accuracy, truthfulness or fitness for purpose.
You should not make medical, legal, financial or otherwise sensitive decisions based solely on generated output. Reviewing the content before relying on it is your responsibility.
8. Third-party providers and keys
The service runs on the API keys you supply for each artificial intelligence provider. Use of those providers is governed by their own terms and billed separately from ours: any usage you incur with them is paid directly by you.
We are not liable for the availability, price changes, limitations or discontinuation of third-party services.
9. Plans and pricing
The available plans and their prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of subscription. Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes where indicated.
We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect a period already paid for and apply from the next renewal.
10. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are charged in advance for the chosen billing period and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.
- You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, during which you keep access.
- Non-payment or a declined charge may result in suspension of access to paid features.
- Refund policy: [REFUND POLICY].
11. Right of withdrawal
If you subscribe as a consumer, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from subscription to withdraw without giving any reason, by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL].
As this is a digital service supplied immediately, if you ask to start using it before that period ends you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that if you withdraw during performance you must pay the proportionate amount for the service already provided.
12. Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance windows, giving advance notice wherever possible.
Support scope and response times are those corresponding to your plan, as stated on the pricing page.
13. Liability
We are liable for damages arising directly from our breach in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.
Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that consumer protection law declares non-waivable.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your use compromises the security or stability of the service, or where a legal obligation requires it. Unless the severity of the breach or the law prevents it, we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to remedy it.
After termination you may download your data for [PERIOD], after which it will be deleted.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms due to changes in the service or in applicable law. We will notify you of substantial changes before they take effect. If you do not accept them you may cancel your subscription; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of [CITY], unless consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory venue, in which case that venue prevails.
If you subscribe as a consumer, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
